Before you write
Common questions are answered in how to play and strategy. It is worth a look first.
If you are reporting a problem, press "Copy the details" in the game's Menu tab and paste that in along with your message. It makes the problem far easier to reproduce. It contains no personal information.

How long a reply takes
Usually within a few days. It is not a good channel for anything urgent.
Reported problems are fixed in the order they can be reproduced, and what gets fixed is listed in the changelog.
