Introduction

This site respects the privacy of the people who use it. What follows sets out how information is handled here.

What is not collected

There is nowhere on this site to enter a name, address, telephone number or email address. There is no account and no login. The operator does not receive personal information from visitors.

The one exception is email you choose to send from the contact page. What that email contains — your address and the message — is used to reply and to investigate the problem, and is not passed to anyone else.

Game progress

The game's state (crystals, buildings bought, language and text-size settings, and so on) is kept using the browser feature called localStorage, and lives only on your own device.

It is never transmitted to the operator. It is not stored on a server. It is not shared with your other devices or browsers.

To remove it, clear this site's data in your browser settings, or use "Start over" in the game's menu.

Analytics

This site currently uses no analytics tools. Should that change, this policy will be updated.

Advertising

This site may in future carry third-party advertising, such as Google AdSense.

Advertising providers may use cookies to show advertisements based on your interests, which can draw on your visits to this and other sites. Cookies do not contain information identifying you personally, such as your name or address.

External services

This site loads type from Google Fonts. Displaying a page therefore sends technical information, including your IP address, to Google's servers. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

If you use the game's share buttons to open X, Bluesky or LINE, those services' own privacy policies apply from that point. Nothing identifying you is passed from this site to them.

What a problem report contains

The "Copy the details" button in the game copies the following:

• Game version, and the language, colour scheme and text size in use
• Screen resolution and window size
• Game progress (depth, all-time total and similar)
• Browser type and version (the user agent string)

It contains no name, email address, location or device identifier. Nothing is transmitted automatically; it reaches the operator only if you copy it and send it yourself.

Children

This site is suitable for all ages. Since there is no mechanism for collecting personal information, none is collected from children either.
